These website terms outline how Beta Relocation moving enquiries and bookings work through WhatsApp, phone, and the app as it becomes available.
Bookings
Bookings may be arranged by WhatsApp, phone, or the Beta Relocation app once available. A booking is only confirmed when the agreed date, time, service, access details, and price basis have been accepted.
Pricing
Standard visible pricing is from £45/hr for one mover and van and from £65/hr for two movers and van. Minimum booking time, waiting time, parking, congestion, stairs, access issues, packing, and extra handling may affect the final cost.
Access and parking
Customers should provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, floors, lift details, parking/loading information, building restrictions, and time windows before booking.
Items and service limits
We may refuse unsafe, illegal, undeclared, or impractical items. We do not provide international removals, crate hire, or rubbish removal. Sofa moving and difficult-access work is only accepted where it can be done safely.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and change rules should follow the cancellation policy. Customers should tell us as early as possible if the move date, access, item list, or addresses change.
